WHY TAKE ME TO IBIZA?

All hotels & villas are charged at the same rate as you will see online however by booking with Take Me To Ibiza you receive many benefits including our advise on where to party, go exploring & eat. Plus we offer many discounts on other activities that you may wish to include in your package. What's great about what we do is that we listen to your needs & then offer you a custom package working around your budget, plans & favourite things! Many companies in Ibiza only offer set packages. This means they tell you what dates to come, where you have to party & where you have to stay. We believe no two people are the same which is why we like to make each package personalised. We do however have a few tour packages available if you prefer this type of holiday.

Should I stay in a hotel or a villa?

Both experiences will be completely different. If there is a large group of you having a villa is great option that often works out more cost effective. If you are having a stag do  or birthday for example we can organise entertainment, hosts, DJ’s & more. Villa's are more secluded, some even have their own private beaches. Hotels are also a great experience as most hotels have crazy pool parties making them great to make friends if you are travelling solo or with a small group of friends.

What area should I stay in Ibiza?

ushuaia tower ibiza (15)There are 4 main areas to stay in when coming to Ibiza however there are many areas in between that are also popular especially in you are staying in a villa. The 4 common areas to stay in are Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza Town, Figueretas & San Antonio.

PLAYA D’EN BOSSA - Be in walking distance to some of the world’s most famous clubs (Space, Ushuaia and Sankeys). The main strip also has many small bars and lots of great restaurants to eat in. The beach parties are like no other on the island. Every day the beach fills with thousands of people out the front of the well-known Jet Apartments and Bora Bora. There is music all day but from 5pm the volume really gets turned up a knotch.

IBIZA TOWN - The home of Pacha as well as the famous D’alt Villa castle and the harbour. Ibiza Town also isn’t too far from clubs in San Rafael (Amnesia and Privilege). Ibiza Town is where many of the more expensive hotels are situated and where many celebrities choose to stay on their holidays. Many of the locals live here and it’s filled with amazing restaurants.

FIGUERETAS - A suburb of Ibiza Town not far from Playa d’en Bossa. It’s a good spot if you want to be close to the action but be able to find a spare spot of sand on the beach. You'll be surrounded with lots of bars & restaurants as well as some great market stalls. The promenade is lined with palm trees & a golden sand beach with amazing views of the old town of Dalt Villa.

SAN ANTONIO - You won’t find many Europeans here but you will find Es Paradis, Eden and Ocean Beach Club. San Antonio is much cheaper than most places in Ibiza. The West End is great for a cheap night out with lots of small bars to drink in. The sunset strip is home to the famous Café Mambo and Café Del Mar where you can watch the sunset while listening to some amazing tunes.

WHEN SHOULD I COME TO IBIZA?

TAKE ME TO IBIZA ushuaiaThe clubbing season really kicks off in the middle of May until the start of October. The opening & closing parties are some of the best parties to go to. For example it’s the only time Space will expand into the car park, open air style like the old days. During the winter most places close for renovations but Pacha & some other smaller venues are open all year round for the locals. If you’re a real music lover the International Music Summit (IMS) at the end of May is a great time to come & it is timed with the opening parties of some of the biggest clubs. August is the busiest & hottest month & prices can often be through the roof but don’t let this deter you there are just more people to party & make friends with. The first weekend of August is exceptionally busy with the BBC Radio 1 event. No matter when you come to Ibiza you are going to have the most amazing time.

CHECK IN & OUT TIMES

These will vary dependant on the accommodation but generally: Check in: 2-4pm/Check out: 10-11am.

PAYMENTpayment ibiza

To reserve your booking a deposit may be required. This will vary for all hotels & villas. Villas are generally 50% & hotels 10%. The balance of your holiday must be paid no later than 4-10 weeks (dependant on the villa/hotel) prior to your arrival unless otherwise stated/negotiated (sometimes cash on delivery is ok). In some cases you may be required to pay in full. You may need to deposit this into the Take Me To Ibiza bank account or direct to the accommodation provider. This will be clearly marked on your invoice. We have various payment options available in all currencies. Our prefered payment method is via the trustworthy Transferwise. It’s a very safe site which will save you fees. PayPal is of course an option but fees will be much higher for you so we do not recommend this.
