Take Me to Ibiza sell tickets, accommodation, activities  & VIP tables as an agent on behalf of the organisers, promoters, artists or venues. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. Upon paying your deposit you agree you to our terms & conditions.

All inclusions are listed in your quote/invoice. If it is not listed, it is not included. If you are unsure of what is and isn’t included please ensure you contact us prior to making payment.

Payment instructions are detailed on your quote/invoice. Most costs are shown in Euros, unless otherwise stated or requested by you. As we charge mainly in the local currency of Euros, we are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies; your bank will determine this rate.

Dependent on you circumstances we may offer you the option of a payment plan. Payment plans allow you to pay a weekly, monthly or fortnightly amount. If this payment plan is not honoured you have 7 days to make up the payment or we serve the right to cancel your booking unless you have contacted us to negotiate. Refunds may not apply.

Should you need to cancel your booking your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dependent on your situation we may organise a refund at our own discretion based on the situation and how many days prior to arrival. All packages vary and some accommodation must be paid for in advance. For this reason we will access each situation differently. Make sure you have insurance to cover you should you be unwell or have delayed flights. Please read your quote/invoice carefully for any specific terms and conditions to hotels, villas, venues and activities included. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with as much evidence to support the reason for cancellation for example a doctor’s certificate. Should you need to make changes to your booking you will be liable for any change fees that are incurred. If we have to cancel your package for any given reason we would do our best to provide alternative arrangements. Sometimes beyond our control due to weather restrictions, road closures, strikes, civil disturbance and any other event beyond our control we may need to make changes to your itinerary. We will do our best to avoid this and make it up to you the best we can but we will not be held liable for this.

We have carefully planned your itinerary with key times and dates. If you are late to events then you may have to pay for entry at your own cost. If you miss an event due to illness or any other situation we will not be held liable for any costs associated with this.

Please note that most accommodation providers and venues will require a credit card authorisation and may need to see photo identification. In the instance that you don't have a credit card usually a cash bond will be required. Make sure you have a credit card or enough cash for this. Money is always returned but on cards can sometimes take up to a week. No credit/debit card details will be held once the payment is processed and receipt signed on the day on the booking.

We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting/invoicing and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

If you do not meet your payment arrangement late fees may be charged. We will ensure we give you adequate notice prior to charging any late fees.

There are many laws and rules you must abide to in Spain. We will do our best to inform you of these but please ensure you listen and take our advice. We will not be held accountable should you be in trouble with the law. It is your responsibility. However we will always do our best to help you. It is a requirement that you abide by the rules of any venues you go to including hotels, villas, restaurants, clubs and more. We will do our best to inform you of rules but you must listen to instructions carefully and take note of any signage with instructions. We also have expectations of you at our events. If you do not follow instructions you might be asked to leave.

A few standard rules we recommend you follow:

  • Do not sleep on the beach
  • You must be over 18 to drink and show valid identification
  • Under 18’s are sometimes welcomed into venues if accompanied by an adult but ensure you check this
  • Drinking alcohol on the street is illegal
  • You can be arrested if drunk and disorderly (intoxicated) and may be asked to leave venues
  • Abide by the speed limits on the roads
  • Wear your seat belt in both the front and back seats of cars
  • To rent a car you must be 21 over but for mopeds 18 plus – you may be charged a higher premium if you are under 25
  • Some clubs ask for ID so make sure you carry this (most clubs are 18 plus)
  • It is good to carry a copy of ID (ideally passport) on you. If the police ask to see identification and you cannot prove who you are they may take you to the station until you can be identified.
  • Drugs are illegal
  • Do not drink and drive
  • It is offense to be in an illegal taxi even if you didn’t know it was illegal you may still incur a nasty fine
  • To ensure safety, venues reserve the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags and all other items and reserve the right to confiscate items, which may cause danger or disruption to others.
  • Please note that SLR Cameras and unauthorized video cameras are not permitted in many venues.

All passport and visa requirements vary dependant on where you are coming from. Ensure you speak with the person booking your flights or contact your local immigration office. It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and all visas, permits and certificates required.

Just like anywhere in the world there is always dangers to be careful of. Ibiza overall is a very safe place. They have one of the lowest crime rates in Western Europe. However make sure you have travel insurance to protect you should you become injured or have anything stolen. You acknowledge and agree that there are general risks associated with travelling, which are beyond our control and we are not liable to you for any loss, cost or damage you may incur as a result of these general risks.

In case of injury or accident, please make yourself known to staff at the venue as well as us as soon as possible. We do everything in our power to help you.  Please act and drink responsibly and make sure you keep hydrated.

You are required to tell us of any physical, mental or medical condition prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but if we cannot we may have to cancel your booking.

We do not include food in most of our packages however some accommodation providers or venues may include meals. It is your responsibility to inform us and the provider of any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs however it cannot always be guaranteed.

You agree that photographs and films may be taken of you while on our tours that may be used in brochures, social media and other advertising without copyright or payment. If you do not consent this you must submit this in writing prior to accepting these terms and conditions and paying a deposit to us.

To help us give you the best customer service, please report any lost property as soon as possible and we will do our best to reunite you with your items. You are however responsible for your belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for any personal property. Some venues and accommodation providers will have lockers or safes to protect your valuables.

Some venues have a strict dress code policy and reserve the right to refuse admission. We will do our best to inform you of this but if you are unsure please contact us or the venue prior to arrival. Most venues expect suitable footwear on arrival and departure and if they have a pool you cannot enter fully clothed. Many venues have lockers and change rooms so you can bring swimwear if you wish to utilise the facilities.

We reserve the right not to honour any published prices that we determine were erroneous due to printing, electronic, or human error. Every effort is made to ensure brochure accuracy at the time of going to print, however we cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.

We may share your personal information with promoters, venue operators and others as necessary for the purposes of your booking. We will not otherwise share that information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent (as part of the booking process or otherwise) unless required by law. If you have registered, with Take Me To Ibiza and/or any of our associated companies, your interest in receiving marketing or other information and thereby given your consent, you may be contacted with relevant promotions, offers or information that you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interest to you. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves.

Event tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions of the club, event organiser or promoter. Please ensure you read your ticket carefully. You must have ID for proof of age when you arrive. Your ticket is only valid for the date specified and will need to be shown on arrival. Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the events calendar due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of that ticket and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the club, without refund or other compensation.

If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event.

We advise guests enter the venues as early as possible especially for busy events, in the case that they reach venue capacity even with a purchased ticket entrance will be refused.

Admission to an event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the promoter and the venue operator. If you breach those terms, conditions or rules then the promoter or venue operator may refuse admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the venue.

Amongst other things you will need to comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements (including security searches for the safety of those attending the event). The venue or the promoter will have rights to refuse admission or eject you in certain circumstances and these are likely to include if you are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behavior, or carry offensive weapons or illegal or prohibited substances or make unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings. There will often also be rules restricting or preventing the admission of latecomers.

At all events, the credit/debit card holder must be present upon entry to the event. Admission to the venue may be refused if the cardholder is not present.

In the instance that we provide you with a guest list for an event this is not something you have paid for. You will be required to go to the guest list line and photo ID will be required. With guest lists there are often certain times you need to enter by which we will do our best to make you aware of.

Table and bed prices are usually based on a minimum spend basis, this is the minimum amount you and your guests commit to spending to guarantee the booking. The minimum spend amount can be spent on the menu that will be presented to you on arrival. The deposit paid is non-refundable. You will either need to pay the remainder on the day of booking or prior depending on the venue’s terms; this will be stated on your invoice. If you wish to make changes to dates ensure you give us as much notice as possible and dependant on the venue’s terms we may be able to change dates however there are no guarantees.

We aim to select accommodation, sightseeing tours and transportation to give you good value for money. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks the property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without notice. Hotel descriptions are based on current hotel guides provided by the provider. Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. Maps and photo­graphs are included for general information only and may not necessarily reflect actual routings, location or services.

Only the number of persons agreed at the time of booking and as detailed on the booking form may use the property without prior agreement. We reserve the right to terminate the rental without prior notice and without refund if the numbers are exceeded. Should we discover more people staying in the hotel/villa than appears on the booking form a surcharge of approximately 300Euros may be deducted per person from the security deposit. You cannot re-let or sublet to any other group/party or individual.

You are asked to give consideration to your neighbours and not to cause a nuisance or annoyance. We reserve the right to terminate and ask you and your guests to leave immediately if this is deemed necessary as a result of your behaviour or that of your guests or for any other material breach of the terms and conditions. Some hotels/villas have communal laws as they are part of a gated community so many rules may apply. A common rule is that loud disruptive music cannot be played after 22:00.

Our representatives or our sub-contractors have the right of access to the property at any time with due regard to the convenience of the hirer for the purpose of linen changes, inspection of the property and to carry out any essential or routine repair or maintenance work.

Smoking: Most accommodation is non-smoking so guests are asked to refrain from smoking inside. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. Please do not throw cigarette filters or cigarette/cigar stubs in gardens or a gardener may be required to collect cigarette stubs which would be taken out of your security bond. If the hotel room/villa smells of smoke then a cleansing of the fabrics may be performed at your cost.

Check in and out times: These will vary dependant on the accommodation but generally: Check in: 2-4pm/Check out: 10-11am.

Electricity and water: We take care to minimise the impact we place on the environment. We feel it is both ours, and our guest’s responsibility to care for the environment of this beautiful island. We therefore ask you to be thoughtful about the use of both water and electricity. Dependant on the accommodation provider there may be a cap on how much electricity and water is included. From our own experience this is ample electricity for normal use of air conditioning, lights and electrical facilities. Unfortunately we have found some guests leave all lights, fans and air conditioning running 24 hours per day. If you do this then the cost of your week's electricity is likely to be 3 to 4 times the level of the normal household usage and extra usage may be charged and deducted from your security bond.

For responsible use of air conditioning please follow these simple guidelines; air conditioning should never be left on in un-occupied rooms as it only takes 5 minutes to cool a room. Again, air conditioning should never be switched on in rooms with either doors or windows open, this not only defeats the purpose of putting on the air conditioning, but can also lead to breakage of the air conditioning system as it will be over-working trying to cool a room to a desired temperature that it will never be able to reach. Fans should also be switched off when the room is not being used, as should lights and other electrical items.  We thank you in advance for your careful consideration with this important matter and we hope not to have to charge additional fees with regard to this.

Breakdown of equipment: We cannot be held responsible for the breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, televisions, kitchen electrical equipment, wireless broadband internet, swimming pool filtration systems, nor for the failure of public utilities such as water and electricity. However if there is a breakdown or disruption to any of the services mentioned here we would endeavor to diagnose the problem, repair or replace the item at the earliest opportunity.

Pets: Generally pets are not allowed but this may be possible with prior written agreement.

Bed linen and towels: are provided in most circumstances but we recommend you bring your own towels for use on the beach and by the pool.

Deposits: To reserve your booking a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required. This will vary for all hotels, villas and venues. Villas are generally 50% and hotels 10%. The balance of your holiday must be paid no later than 4-10 weeks (dependant on the villa/hotel) prior to your arrival unless otherwise stated/negotiated (sometimes cash on delivery is ok). Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. In some cases you may be required to pay in full. You may need to deposit this into the Take Me To Ibiza bank account or direct to the accommodation provider. This will be clearly marked on your invoice.

You are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of damage or excess cleaning fees related to your accommodation. You are advised to immediately report any pre-existing damage in your room to the accommodation provider and to us.

Security deposits are often taken to cover the cost of damages or breakages (usually between € 500-5000) to protect against possible damage to the property or breach of these rental terms. Where time permits we like to do a quick initial check of the property when you depart. We understand that sometimes this is not possible due to time constraints, your flight time or our representative not being available. A full and detailed check will take place after your departure and prior to the next guest arrival. You will be advised of any faults or damages found (pictures will be taken if possible) and we will advise you as soon as possible the cost of repair or replacement. Anything damaged, spoilt or broken will be charged at the replacement cost. Any items having to be purchased will be replaced with 'like for like', of the same quality and standard. No 'mark-up' will ever be added.

The security deposit will be refunded less any required costs if applicable within 7-14 working days of your departure. Should the security deposit not cover all the damage, repair or replacement caused then we will request extra funds to make up the difference. You agree to cover such additional damage or replacement costs within 5 working days of the notification of the extra costs. Any defects or deficiencies must be reported within 24 hours of your arrival. After this time it will be assumed that everything is in order.   Please leave the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. We reserve the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning over the number of hours committed to the departure cleaning.
